Eligibility
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, a piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. You'll also need proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email hello@lapolounge.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send instructions and the return address. Once a return is approved, send it back within 14 days — returns received after that can't be accepted. Pieces sent back without an approved request can't be accepted.

Return shipping
You're responsible for return shipping. Choose a tracked, insured service. Lapo Lounge is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or never delivered to our facility. Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email hello@lapolounge.com with a photo. We'll repair, replace, or refund the piece.
Exchanges
Return the piece you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order. It's the fastest way to secure the one you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Final sale
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Repeated returns
We may decline future orders from an account with a pattern of returned orders, at our discretion. If we cancel an order for this reason, you'll be notified by email and fully refunded.
Art Prints
Art prints are made to order. Returns are accepted only if a print arrives damaged or defective. Email hello@lapolounge.com for help.
