ABOUT THE ARTIST: Michelle (Shirley) Riley is a NY-based artist with a focus on painting and calligraphy. She loves fascinators, chrysalises, and puns. The Jamaican-born artist draws inspiration from the landscape, writers, and musicians. She has been known to play a song repeatedly for days on end.

Riley is a very strong supporter of brevity, daydreaming, and naps.
