- We ship worldwide from Brooklyn, New York. Orders are made ready and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Free standard shipping (3–7 days) on every order, no minimum. In the U.S., orders ship via USPS or UPS.
- Express shipping (1–3 days) — flat $20. International orders ship via USPS or DHL, at custom rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes, where they apply, are set by the destination country and paid on delivery.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, a piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Return shipping
- You're responsible for return shipping — choose a tracked, insured service. Lapo Lounge isn't responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or never delivered to our facility. Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected.
